Hey there, Hunter! Ready to help out Rondine the Trader? She's chilling in the Buddy Plaza and has a special request for you. To get this one, you'll first need to finish the urgent quest 'Monkey Wrench in Your Plans.' That one unlocks after you've cleared four 3-star Village Quests. Don't worry, it's a good stepping stone!

Rondine's looking for some rare materials to expand her trading operations, specifically to get you a new Submarine slot. Here's what you need to track down:

Where to Find Wisplanterns

Your first task is to find Wisplanterns. These little guys are a rare drop from Shimmering Red Berry bushes. You'll find these bushes scattered across the Shrine Ruins. Keep in mind, most of the good gathering spots are up high, so you'll definitely want to get comfy with your Wirebug to reach them. You can see the general locations of these bushes marked with red '?' on your map. If you want to be super precise, open up your detailed map, go to the 'Special Items' list, and select 'Shimmering Red Berry.' This will pinpoint their exact spots.

Now, be aware that Wisplanterns are a bit shy – you'll often harvest Firelanterns instead. Don't get discouraged! The bushes do respawn after a short while, so just keep at it. You'll get the three you need eventually.

Where to Find Boatshells

Next up are the Boatshells. You'll find these by harvesting Oyster Beds, which are located in the Frozen Islands. Look for them in the shallow waters; they have a distinct green glow, making them pretty easy to spot.

Just like with the Wisplanterns, you can check your detailed map. Select 'Oyster Bed' from the 'Special Items' list to see their spawn points marked with grey '?' marks.

Boatshells are also a rare drop, and you'll mostly harvest Raftshells from the Oyster Beds. But don't worry, there are plenty of gathering spots all over the map, and they respawn too. You shouldn't have too much trouble collecting the three you need.

Completing the Request

Once you've gathered three Wisplanterns and three Boatshells, head back to Rondine the Trader in the Buddy Plaza. Chat with her to turn in the items, and voilà! You'll unlock a second Submarine slot for trading. Pretty neat, right?
