Alright, so you're looking to get your hands dirty with some metalwork, huh? Blacksmithing is one of those essential lifeskills in Portia. You'll be using your trusty Hammer to craft all sorts of useful things, from tools to weapons. Think of it as your personal forge where you turn raw materials into awesome gear. To get started, you'll need to find a workbench – you'll see those scattered around. Your main tool for this job? Your Hammer, of course!

The Master of this craft is a guy named Hammerhead. You'll meet him pretty early on, and he'll guide you through your first few steps. He's usually hanging out near the Guild Office.

Walkthrough: Bing Bang Bosh! Quest

1. First things first, you need to find Hammerhead. His Guild is located just to the left of the main Guild Office. Chat him up, and he'll give you your first task: crafting a Bronze Ingot.
2. Now, let's talk about the crafting minigame itself. It's not too complicated, but it does require some attention. You'll see a timer counting down, and your goal is to fill a gauge to 100% by performing actions at the workbench. You'll be using your controller's buttons (like the [Cross/A] button) and directional inputs (like the left analog stick) to keep the gauge full. The faster you complete these actions, the better the quality of the item you craft.
3. Keep an eye out for special prompts that pop up during crafting. These might ask you to quickly Tap a button, Hold it down, or even Spin the analog stick. Successfully completing these special actions is key to getting a high-quality result. Once the bar is full, your item is ready!
4. After you've successfully crafted your first item (you'll get the 'Handicraft Worker' achievement for this!), Hammerhead will send you on a little errand. You need to head to the mining cavern and find a chap named Nickello. Have a word with him to get some ore, and then it's back to Hammerhead.
5. Next up, Hammerhead wants you to get a recipe for a sword. He'll tell you to go to the Capital and find Ferris, who happens to be Hammerhead's mentor. Ferris lives on the lower floor, over to the left. Head there, go into his house, and have a chat with him. He'll hand over the sword recipe.
6. With the recipe in hand, it's time to report back to Hammerhead. He'll use the recipe to craft the sword for you. Your final task in this quest is to head back to a workbench and craft the sword yourself. Once you finish it, a cutscene will play, and voilà, the quest is complete!
