Open the chest in the hall to obtain a Life OTG.

Enter the newly opened doorway to a new area.

BOSS BATTLE: BLACK DRAGON CLONE - PART 2. (VERY HARD MODE NOTE: No changes.)

For winning, you'll receive the ARMLET OF CELERITY.

Leave the area and re-enter to trigger the Enemy Ambush in Peristyle Passage.

ENEMY AMBUSH: PERISTYLE PASSAGE. (VERY HARD MODE NOTE: 100 WHITE PINCER FIENDS.)

After all enemies are dead, a chest with a Life Of the Thousand Gods will appear. Open it.

GOLDEN SCARAB #33: After the Enemy Ambush, go between the pillars next to the Peristyle Passage entrance. Use a continuous Bird Flip to the top to find a Golden Scarab. Grab it.

To open the other doorway, approach the large statue at the end of the room. Use a continuous Bird Flip and a downward strike from the top to push the large step button. This unlocks the door. Exit the area.

AREA: OUTER SANCTUARY. Kill the swarms of Ghost Fish with the Flails.

LIFE OF THE GODS #29: Before exiting, look above for a chest on a high ledge. Perform a continuous Wall-to-Wall Run from the left side of the room to reach the ledge. Open the chest for a Life OTG. Exit using the large double doors.

AREA: UNDERGROUND SANCTUARY. Kill the Ogres that appear. Enter the open doorway on the left.

GOLDEN SCARAB #34: Inside the room, grab the Golden Scarab next to a dead body with Arrows.

To reach the top, use a continuous Wall-to-Wall Run from the right side of the entrance. Once at the top ledge, equip the Strongbow and shoot an Arrow at the shining medallion on the opposite ledge to lower a chained wall. Use a Wall Run on the chained wall to reach that ledge, then take the stairs to the upper ledge. Open the chest.

Approach the glowing mantle and grab the BRAND OF VALOR. Use the Save Point and SAVE your game.

GOLDEN SCARAB #35: Behind the Save Point is a Golden Scarab. Grab it.

Jump down and place the BRAND OF VALOR on the engraving in the middle of the Sanctuary to trigger a boss battle.

BOSS BATTLE: PAZ ZUU. (VERY HARD MODE NOTE: Paz will have white pincer fiends assisting him.)

AREA: THE UNDERGROUND SANCTUARY MOATS. Approach the Save Point and SAVE your game. Open the nearby chests for a MAP and a goodie.

Eliminate the Green Fish in the water by staying on solid ground and using APFSDS Cores from First-Person view. One shot kills each fish.

GOLDEN SCARAB #36: After clearing the area, go to the large gateway next to the Save Point. Swim under the gate to find an open gap with a Golden Scarab. Grab it.

Swim under the water and through the broken metal bars. Swim up and destroy the Copters first. Equip more arrows and use jumping water runs to shoot the fish (or stand on the dry surface). Dive down and swim through the underwater tunnel, avoiding spikes. Emerge from the water, climb up, and approach Muramasa's Statue to restock.

Next to the statue is a dead body with the SPEAR GUN weapon. Grab it. Swim out of the cavern through the next underwater tunnel.

As you swim through the next spike-infested tunnel, emerge and quickly catch your breath. Use the Windmill Shuriken, run on the water, and toss it at the Laser Copters to destroy them.

GOLDEN SCARAB #37: In the area with the Copters, look above the next waterway tunnel for a Golden Scarab. Grab it.

AREA: MEDALLION ALTAR AREA. Swim through the next tunnel and emerge to find a Save Point. Destroy the Pincer Fiends.
