- 1Waford South Cubes: Chapter 1
- On top of the arches in the Lake Shore Cave. Use Luffy’s grapple hook to reach them by the glowing green stalagmites on the cave roof.
- 2Found on the side of a ledge in the Thunderhead Bluff region of Waford South, leading to the Thunderhead Ruins.
- 3In the top right corner of the room, on top of a ledge above vines in the final stage of the Thunderhead Ruins, same spot as Usopp’s second Cube.
- 4Alabasta Cubes: Chapter 2
- In the Desert Near Alubarna. Head left from the first major turning, and it's floating off the side of the rock wall. Requires Luffy.
- 5In the southwest corner of the B4F map room in Alubarna Royal Mausoleum. Solve the switch puzzle to access it, then cross to the south side. Requires Luffy.
- 6Dust Ruins: Chapter 3
- In the Dust Ruin corridor puzzle room. Enter its normal version, follow the stone pathway to the end. Guarded by a beetle.
- 7Water Seven: Chapter 4
- In the Water Seven City Area, head southwest from the Mayoral Residence fast travel spot to the building with outdoor tables. Beside a white flower pot.
- 8In the Water Seven City Dock map, behind the logs in the northeast area.
- 9Inside the abandoned factory area of the Water Seven City region, southwest portion. Requires access via sewer main story missions.
- 10On the Tower of Law 2BF map, behind a metal gate Zoro can cut through. Guarded by a Blue Gorilla.
- 11Ice Block Ruin: Chapter 5
- Inside the Ice Block Ruins Third Experiment Room. Turn the water into ice using the weather puzzle switch to reach the cube. Grants three cube fragments.
- 12Dressrosa: Chapter 8
- Follow the Dressrosa City East path to the stone bridge merging with the Coliseum road. Look up towards the stone gateway. Grants three Chopper and two Nami fragments.
- 13In the enterable broken building in the Square, AT Fountain in Dressrosa City, southwest area. Grants two Chopper and two Sanji fragments.
- 14In New Royal Plateau 1st Level, before crossing the first main story bridge, head left to the building with orange and white diamonds before the Chopper hole. Grants two Chopper and Luffy fragments.
- 15On the north side of the Great Fissure in New Royal Plateau - 1st Level, parkour up the mud to a broken stone bridge facing east. Grants three Usopp and two Chopper fragments.
- 16On the north side of the New Royal Plateau - 1st Level, climb an area that laps you around the most northern point. In a broken blue building. Grants two Chopper and Robin fragments.
- 17Enter the New Royal Plateau Sewers via the 2F Plateau Chopper entrance in the north. One pathway leads to a cube granting two Nami and Chopper fragments.
- 18Head south in the New Royal Plateau 2nd Level until you find a building with a cube on the roof.
- 19Head to the 3rd Level, and go through the Chopper hole on the southeast side to reach a spot with a cube.

- You can always return to missed cubes in each area once the Memoria is active.
