There are 16 cube fragments to find in Waford. Some of these areas won’t be available until you progress through the game and reach later chapters. Note: Some fragments will have 3 fragments in 1.
Lake Shore Cave Cube Fragments
This is the tutorial dungeon that can be found in the southeast of Waford.
Luffy Cube Fragment 1 - 3
The first Cube Fragment contains three fragments. This is behind the tutorial about Luffy’s Field Skill. The cube will be on the edge of the grassy platform before you have to grapple across to the next area to progress.
The first three fragments can be found in the one cube just after you destroy the walls after the tutorial.
Luffy Cube Fragment 4
In the far north of the area slightly to the west is where you’ll find the fourth and final Cube Fragment. After you cut the iron gate down with Zoro, head west and destroy the breakable wall. The fragment will be on the cliff ledge slightly off the map. Use Luffy’s elasticated arms to reach over to grab it.
Once again, destroy the walls after heading west from the gate you destroyed with Zoro and the fragment will be on the cliff ledge at the back.
King Kong Garden Cube Fragments
This is the place right at the beginning of the game. You won’t be able to access these fragments at this stage of the game as you haven’t lost your powers yet. You’ll need to complete Lake Shore Cave first, and then head back here.
Luffy Cube Fragment 5
Progress the story until you have free reign over Waford and make your way all the way south to the beach where Thousand Sunny resides. Now go through the cave to the east again, and you’ll be back in the King Kong Garden sub-area. Go through the cave, past the Save Point, and grapple across the ledge. Jump over the first log, and turn your camera to the northwest. The cube will be on a rock in the middle of the stream where you can use Luffy’s elasticated arms to grab it.
You’ll need to head back to King Kong Garden to get this fragment.
Luffy Cube Fragment 6
Make your way to the beach in the far northeast of King Kong Garden where you’ll find a shipwreck. The Cube Fragment will be on the side of the ship. Use Luffy’s elasticated arms to grab it.

Thunderhead Bluff Cube Fragments
This area is on the eastern side of Waford South. You’ll come through this area as you head to the Thunderhead Ruins.
Luffy Cube Fragment 7
This fragment can be found in Thunderhead Bluff. From Adio’s house, follow the path south into the more open area. Continue south until you reach an intersection. Take the east path then head immediately south where you’ll see a large gray rock face on the eastern side of the area. The fragment will be on the floor next to the rock face.
The fragment will be on the floor near the gray rock face.
Thunderhead Ruins Cube Fragments
As you progress through the story you’ll end up here. This area is in the southeast of Waford South.
Luffy Cube Fragment 8
You’ll need to make your way to the central area of Thunderhead Ruins to get this fragment. Starting in the north, make your way south until you reach the large room with multiple switches. The cube will be on the roof above the eastern doorway.
In the “switch room” the cube will be on the roof above the eastern doorway.
Dust Ruins Cube Fragments
This area is to the west of Adio’s house. This area will be accessible from Chapter 3.
Luffy Cube Fragment 8
You won’t be able to enter Dust Ruins until Chapter 3. The entrance to it is west of Adio’s house in Waford South. Once you enter the ruins, head west at the Save Point and follow it to the end, but don’t go into the next room. Just before the western room, head towards the balcony in the north where you’ll find the fragment resting against a pillar slightly off the map. Like always, use Luffy’s elasticated arms to grab it.
Head toward the balcony in the west to find the fragment on the pillar near the balcony.
Luffy Cube Fragment 9
Dust Ruins again and this can be found in the Dust Ruins Collapsed Corridor sub-area. Make your way to the bottom where you can grapple across to reach a doorway. Before you head through the door, turn your camera to the northeast to find the fragment on the stone pillar.
In the Collapsed Corridor area make your way to the bottom and swing across towards the door. Turn around to find the fragment resting on the stone pillar.
