Phases:

1. Preparation: Ensure Luffy has full TP (over 800 TP recommended) or use Super Burst Brew to restore HP and TP. Stock up on health buffs cooked by Sanji.
2. Battle Formation: Choose a formation that places Luffy as the main fighter to avoid him being blocked by Tornados.
3. Turn 1: Start with Brook's New World to buff the team's attack for five turns. Use Chopper to Heal All and maintain team HP. Distract Tornados with other crew members' attacks, but focus on keeping Luffy and Chopper alive and ready for higher turns.
4. Subsequent Turns: Continue using Chopper for healing and buffs. Focus all damage on Adio, primarily with Luffy's Gum Gum King Cobra.
