Alright, so you're heading to Marineford in Chapter 6 of One Piece Odyssey? Awesome! It's a pretty significant spot, and thankfully, it's not too tricky to find the collectible you're looking for. There's just one cube fragment spot for Luffy here, but it's a good one because it actually nets you three fragments for Luffy and three for Sanji!

You'll be looking for this in the 'North Town' area of Marineford City. Keep an eye out for a set of stairs right in the middle of the map. Once you head down them, you'll want to go around the base of the stairs. You should see some indestructible barrels chilling next to a stream of water. The cube fragment is tucked away just around the corner from those barrels and some crates, right behind a building.
