Water Seven Lower Coast Cube Fragments

First up is the Lower Coast, which is the very first place you'll explore in Water Seven. There's just one fragment for Luffy here, so let's get it.

Luffy Cube Fragment 23

You'll find this first fragment in the Lower Coast area. Head south from the Yoisa Travel spot. Keep an eye out for a brazier on your right, just before some rocks. Stop there and swing your camera around to face southwest. You should see some rocks out in the sea – the cube is chilling on one of them!

Water Seven City Cube Fragments

Next, we're heading into the main part of Water Seven, where all the hustle and bustle of the civilians is. There are two fragments for Luffy in this area.

Luffy Cube Fragment 24

This fragment is tucked away behind a white pillar in the west alley of the Cafe Park area. It's pretty easy to miss if you're just running through!

Luffy Cube Fragment 25

Not too far from the last one, and still in the Cafe Park area. Head north until you hit an intersection, then take the path west along the river. You'll see some red and white striped poles in the water. The cube is waiting for you on the balcony of the building you're walking under.

Water Seven Sewer Cube Fragments

Now, let's dive into the Water Seven Sewers, located on the west side of the map. You'll naturally come here during the main story, and there's one fragment for Luffy waiting in the depths.

From the Sewer B2F Save Point, just head through the door to the south. Follow the ledge as it goes east, and you'll find the cube sitting right there.

Tower of Law Cube Fragments
