There are several Cube Fragments to find for Zoro in Waford. Some areas are only accessible after progressing further in the game. Note that some locations contain 3 fragments.

Zoro Lake Shore Cave Cube Fragments

This is the tutorial dungeon in southeast Waford.

Zoro Cube Fragments 1 - 3

On top of a stone block area in the Lake Shore Cave. You can climb or use Luffy's grapple ability. It's near the end of the area, towards the top right, or can be grappled from the stone blocks above the water.

Behind the statue in the northeast section of the cave.

Zoro Cube Fragment 2

Head to South Beach in southwest Waford. The cube fragment is behind a small rock near the rock face. This fragment requires returning after completing Lake Shore Cave.

King Kong Garden Cube Fragments

This area is accessible from the beginning of the game, but these fragments require completing Lake Shore Cave and regaining powers. Return here after Lake Shore Cave.

Zoro Cube Fragment 3

Progress the story until Waford is fully accessible. Go to the beach where Thousand Sunny is located, then enter the cave to the east to return to King Kong Garden. The cube is on one of the western paths. After passing the large rocky archway, head south. Climb or grapple to the next area. Instead of grappling across a gap, rotate the camera northeast and look down to find the cube next to a tree.

Zoro Cube Fragment 4

From the southern Save Point, follow the path east until the second grapple point. Before grappling, face northeast to find the cube floating in front of the rock face. Use Luffy to reach it.

Thunderhead Ruins Cube Fragments

This area is in southeast Waford South and becomes accessible during the story.

Zoro Cube Fragment 5

During the first puzzle sequence, manipulate switches to unlock the northern door. The cube fragment is in the corner just past the door.

In the same room as the previous fragment, use Chopper to go through a small hole. Follow the tunnel to the next room. The cube is at the back left. Use the stalactite to swing across or Luffy's grapple.

In the room where the Thunder Colossus is fought, climb the ladder to the west. Manipulate the switch to open the door to your left. The cube is in the southwest corner of the next room.

In the Thunder Colossus fight room, use Chopper to go through a small hole in the east. Follow the tunnel to the next room and take the west exit. This room has a vine wall; the cube is obscured by blocks at its base.

Dust Ruins Cube Fragments

This area is west of Adio's house and accessible from Chapter 3.

Zoro Cube Fragment 9

Dust Ruins is accessible from Chapter 3, west of Adio's house. In the "Dust Ruins Barrier Door" area, grapple onto an inverted pillar with a green tip to the west. This leads to a small stone ledge where the cube is located.

Zoro Cube Fragment 10

In Dust Ruins, specifically the Dust Ruins Wind Colossus Stand sub-area. From the Dust Ruins Plaza Save Point, enter the next room through the adjacent door. Head northeast; the cube should be visible.
