Levincia Gym

Conquer the Levincia Gym in Pokémon Scarlet! Learn strategies for Nemona's rival battle, Iono's Gym Test, and the Electric-type Gym Leader battle.

Alright, so you've made it to Levincia City! Before we can challenge the Gym Leader, Iono, there are a couple of things we need to sort out. First up, your rival Nemona is going to want a piece of you.

Nemona's Pokémon:

• Rockruff (Lv. 21)
• Pawmi (Lv. 21)
• Starter's second evolution (Lv. 22)

For Rockruff, bring out something that hits hard with Fighting, Grass, Ground, Steel, or Water moves. Pawmi is super weak to Ground-type attacks. The last one is your starter's evolved form, so use your starter Pokémon against it – it's the easiest way to win!

Next, you've got the Gym Test: Find Mr. Walksabout. You'll need to use the street surveillance cameras around the city to spot him. Keep your eyes peeled! You need to find him three times: once hiding behind an umbrella, then behind the counter at the Pokémon Center, and finally on a boat in the water on the right side of the city.

Once you've passed the test, it's time for the main event: the Gym battle against Iono, the Electric-type specialist! Her Pokémon are pretty speedy, so Ground-types are your best bet for most of them. However, be cautious with Flying- and Water-type Pokémon, as they can be tricky.

Iono's Pokémon:

• Wattrel (Lv. 23)
• Bellibolt (Lv. 23)
• Luxio (Lv. 23)
• Mismagius (Lv. 24) - Tera Type: Electric

A quick heads-up: Ground-type moves won't work on Wattrel, so you'll need to switch to Ice- or Rock-type moves for that one. Mismagius is also immune to Ground-type attacks, so just hit it with your strongest attacks – it doesn't have a specific weakness you can exploit here.

• Pokémon up to Lv. 35 will be easier to catch and will obey you without question.
