Alright, let's talk about Operation Starfall! This is a pretty significant part of your journey in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. You'll be working with a mysterious person named Cassiopeia, who hacks into your Rotom Phone to enlist your help. They want to take down Team Star, and you're the one to do it. Director Clavell, disguised as a student named 'Clive', will tag along with you. Your mission is to go to each of Team Star's bases and defeat their squad bosses. As you go through this, you'll start to understand why Team Star was formed. They were actually created by students who were being bullied. They banded together, but when they tried to confront their bullies, the bullies just ran away and dropped out of school. To make things worse, the academy's deputy director erased all records of the bullying, which made Team Star look like the bad guys. This whole situation caused the academy staff to resign because they felt responsible. Eventually, after you've defeated all five Team Star bosses, Cassiopeia reveals themselves to be the 'big boss' and explains that Operation Starfall is happening because the team can't keep going like this. They'll ask you to meet them at the schoolyard at night. Once you get there, Clavell will reveal his true identity and claim to be Cassiopeia, but he's just testing you. After you battle him, he admits he's not the real Cassiopeia. The actual Cassiopeia shows up, and surprise! It's Penny. After you defeat Penny, Clavell reveals that the Team Star bosses were watching. He makes a deal: Team Star can continue to exist, but they have to turn their bases into training facilities for other Trainers. They agree, and that's how Operation Starfall concludes!
