Part 21

In the Talos I exterior, find "V-041255-09's Corpse" for Crispy Frites.

Check lockers for Pomegranate Moonshine and Udon Noodles. Find Eel Scraps in the toilets.

Enter the maintenance hatch to find Frayed Wire and turn on the power.

Exit quickly to electrify the locker room, kill a Mimic, and loot lockers for Tamizdat Vodka, 9MM Bullets x6, Shotgun Shell x2, a Methuselah Apple, Veggie Blend x2, Crumpled Paper, Flexifoam Bolts x4, Glucassist!, Jellied Eels x5, and a Banana Peel.

Move an item and climb above a bed with a banana peel to find "The Drop Off Note" under the pillow.

Exit the area and prepare to fight a new enemy: the Poltergeist.

The Poltergeist is an annoying but weak enemy that uses "Lift Fields" and throws objects. It turns invisible. Use your shotgun or a Superthermal skill. Its weakness is fire.

After defeating the Poltergeist, if you can reach the drop ceiling outside the Habitation Pods room, you can find Pomegranate Moonshine x3 and Ossetra Caviar x2.

Head to the private office, access the PC, and under "Utilities," UNLOCK "Volunteer Quarters Access."

Check the new email to get the "Volunteer Quarters Keycode."

Note the maintenance hatch behind the desk. Open it and use the Gloo Gun to create a staircase to the upper area in Fabrication.

Grab a Wrench on the way up.

In Fabrication, kill three Mimics and an Operator.

Loot "Divya Naaz's Corpse" for a Broken Cooler Fan and a Suit Repair Kit.

Loot "Rich Ivers Corpse" for another Broken Cooler Fan and a Weapon Upgrade Kit.

On the middle table, find the FSLIDE INFBS_99 chipset and "The Neural Horizon I" book.

Prepare to fight three Operators and a Technopath.

The Technopath controls technology and turns Operators into its army. It can also use turrets. Use Psychoshock or a shotgun with Combat Focus. Its weaknesses are Electric, Explosive, Psychic, and EMP.

To defeat the Technopath and Operators: use a Recycler Charge on the doorway, then use it to round the corner and shoot the Operators. Use an EMP charge if desired. When the Technopath uses its electric attack, run away. Save frequently.

Follow the outdoor path to a locked office (Halden Graves) and an elevator. Use the elevator to head down.

Head forward and loot "Frederick Steele's Corpse" for 9MM Bullets x4 and "Halden Graves' Office Keycard."

Head left and loot the work area.
