Part 23

From the desk with the [_BIG BANG CANDY_], head left to the window. Break the window and jump down into the "Skill Recorder" room.

Check past the piano for "Helen Croft's Corpse" and a [_SUIT REPAIR KIT_].

Go past her to the PC in the back and find [_TYPHON LURE x2_] and "Hdley Dalton's Corpse" with a [_LEMON PEEL_].

Hack the PC for email [_EMAIL 77: AGAIN. FANTASTIC._].

Return to the Talos I Lobby and enter "Psychotronics Staff Only".

In the Psychotronics Foyer, peek into the right room. Shoot the sparking junction box with your GLOO GUN to stop the electricity, then repair it. The room contains [_SPARE PARTS_] and a broken recycler.

Head down the staircase. A phantom patrols here. (Optional: You can save, buy the "Combat Focus I" skill, and use it with an explosive canister and shotgun to defeat the phantom for the "Dead Calm" trophy).

At the bottom of the stairs, turn right behind the cargo for [_FRAYED WIRE_].

Go straight to find "Joel Weeks Corpse" and loot the [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_].

Enter Psychotronics. A new objective appears: Access the G.U.T.S.

Head forward, shoot the junction box with your GLOO GUN, and repair it. The toolbox contains [_GLOO CANISTER x19_].

Go through the doors and into the pit. Kill the mimic and loot "Otto Lauda Corpse" for a [_TEST TUBE SAMPLE_] and [_9MM BULLETS x7_]. Grab the nearby [_BURNT CIRCUIT BOARD_] and [_BROKEN COOLER FAN_].

Jump back up and head to the "Security Station". Hack the door (Hacking II) to enter the security room.

Grab the [_SILENCED PISTOL_] from the right, and [_FIRED HARD DRIVE x2_] and [_GLUCASSIST!_] from the desk.

Check the central PC for utilities (map, door unlock command), a crew list, and email [_EMAIL 78: APPREHENDING DR. GALLEGOS_].

Grab [_9MM BULLETS x15_] from the desk and filing cabinet, and the [_WEAPON UPGRADE KIT_]. The other desk has [_GLOO CANISTER x19_] and the "Behind the Iron Curtain" book.

Head past the security area into the clean room preparation area. Kill the mimic and phantom (Crispin Boyer). Find "The Starbender Cycle: Book 3: Spatial Delivery" in the locker area.

Proceed to an area requiring a "Psychoscope". Enter the male clean room.

Check the far toilet for a [_WRENCH_] keeping a mimic in place. Pull it out to get a [_MIMIC TUMOR_].

Head to the gigantic hole in the floor. By it is "Allison Brady's Corpse", loot her for [_BIOHAZARD WASTE_], [_GLOO CANISTER x27_], and a [_PSI HYPO_].

Drop down for a [_MEDKIT_]. A cargo box blocks one path, and Gloo blocks the other.

Be ready for three mimics to break through the Gloo.

QUICKSAVE. Use a recycler charge to clear the cargo blocking a path. Go through to get [_GLOO CANISTER x43_] and the [_NULLWAVE SHIELDING 21.4GHZ_] from the storage cabinet.

Head through the Gloo Wall. Kill the mimic frozen by "Janos Jazsef's Corpse".

Loot "Janos Jazsef" for the [_PSYCHOSCOPE_], [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_], [_MIMIC DETECTION GEN 1_], [_NEUROMOD x2_], and [_TYPHON ORGAN_]. You will get the "Psychoscope Tutorial".

Head back and use your scope near the hole to see a mimic and phantom move away.

Head up and try to get the first level of research from the phantom. This unlocks "Kinetic Blast I" from the neuromods.
