    You'll start out in a big open area outside. Listen up, you can hear a Tank Commander stomping around below. Don't drop down yet! Stay on the ledge you're on and take it out from up high. It's way safer that way.

    Once the Tank Commander is toast, drop into the arena. Your first objective is to snag the Red Key. Look around carefully.

    After grabbing the key, find a ladder and climb down. Follow the corridor until you reach a platform. Ride it up, and you'll find some Body Armor that gives you 75 armor. Nice!

    Keep moving forward, and you'll run into a couple of Iron Maidens. These enemies are tough, so a Rail Gun from a distance is your best bet.

    In that same room, look to your left for some exploding barrels. Shoot them to blow open a wall, revealing a secret area (that's 1/2 found!). Go through the hole and step onto a platform. Ride it up and follow the corridor.

    You'll find the BFG here! This is the most powerful weapon in the game, but each shot chews up 50 units of ammo. Save it for the really big threats like Tanks and Gladiators, or for when you need to clear a whole room.

    Now, backtrack to the room where you fought the Iron Maidens. Go through the red door and down the corridor on the left. You'll find a door that needs the Red Key you picked up earlier.

    Use the Red Key to open the door and head through. This area is crawling with Strogg, and there are pits spewing explosive debris, so be cautious. Grab all the health and ammo you can find – you'll probably need it.

    Head back to where you found the BFG. Look for a window on the left. You need to climb out and try to jump onto the platform below, which has a closed door. Heads up: If you miss the jump, you'll have to backtrack and climb up here again to try it.

    Once you're on the platform, go through the door. This leads to the next level, and you've successfully completed your objective here!
Tips
  • The Iron Maidens are nasty up close. Keep your distance and use the Rail Gun or explosive barrels to your advantage.
  • Don't waste BFG ammo on regular enemies; save it for the mini-bosses and tougher fights.
  • The jump to the platform with the closed door can be tricky. Take your time lining it up.
