    Courtyard: Navigate the street, avoid zombies, and reach the Police Station courtyard. Enter the guard room for the Cabin Key, unlock the north door, and collect ammo. Proceed upstairs, fighting zombies, to witness the burning helicopter FMV.

    RPD Police Station: Enter the dark corridor, collect a green herb, and shoot crows. New players should visit the brown door to the Waiting Room to save and obtain the Small Key. In the main hall, acquire the Unicorn Medal, use the button to lower a ladder, and descend to grab the Shotgun. Return to the dark corridor, unlock the blue door, collect green herbs, and go downstairs to a zombie-filled room. Obtain the Valve Handle, open the safe (2236) in the small room for a map and Shotgun Shells. Return to the heliport, use the Valve Handle to extinguish the fire, collect more Shotgun Shells from the helicopter, and enter to face Mr. X.

    Mr. X: Upon entering, you will immediately fight Mr. X. Use the Shotgun (approx. 6 shots) or Handgun (approx. 20 shots) to defeat him. After the fight, return to the room with the partially burnt helicopter; Mr. X will reawaken.

    Wandering: Go to the Antique room to get the Blue Card Key. A Licker will appear; remain still and shoot it with the Shotgun. Exit to the 1st-floor main hall and use the Blue Card Key on electronic doors. Ascend to the 2nd floor and enter the library to solve a puzzle, obtaining the Bishop Plug. Proceed to the next room and chase Sherry through a hole to acquire the Diamond Key. Speak with Claire. Go to the S.T.A.R.S. office, open a locker for the Bow Gun, and retrieve "Chris's diary." Head north to the statue room, solve the puzzle for a Virgin Heart. Descend and save if desired. Use the Diamond Key on the grey door (locker room), then go to Marvin's office for the Heart Key. Exit to the main hall and place the Unicorn Medal on the woman statue to get the Spade Key. Go through the large left door, fight zombies, and reach the File room's grey door, opening it with the Spade Key. Inside, take the First Aid Spray. In the next corridor, use the Lighter in the meeting room to obtain another Virgin Heart. Return to the Antique room and place the Virgin Hearts on the two ladies to get the King Plug. Go back to the main hall, ascend the steps near the front door, and enter the left small door. Fight zombies. Proceed down the deeper corridor, use the Diamond Key on the grey door to get the Rook Plug. Avoid the First Aid Spray to prevent a Licker encounter. Exit and use the Heart Key on the large blue door to access the basement.

    Basement: Leon enters the parking lot and meets Ada. Help her move the lorry. Find Ben Bertolucci and take the Manhole Opener. Go to the dog cage area and open the floor lid. Descend, pass Black Widows, and ascend. In the second room, place the plugs. Exit to meet Ada. Take control of Ada to get the Club Key. Kill zombies. Leon descends via lift for ammo. Go to the water room, solve the puzzle, cross the bridge, and grab the key. Return and give the items to Leon. Take control of Leon, climb the ladder, and return to the corridor. Fight zombies and reach the Autopsy Room for the Red Card Key (Lickers are present, not zombies). Go to the Power Room to restore power and get the map. Use the Red Card Key on the Weapon Storage to find ammo. Items in lockers depend on Claire's progress. Return to the police station.

    Return to Police Station: Use the Club Key on the door beside the stairs for Magnum rounds. Open the TV room with the key, solve the faucet puzzle. Mr. X appears; use the Shotgun. Obtain the G.Cogwheel and exit. Mr. X reappears; defeat him. Go to the 2nd floor, Chief Irons's area. In the room where Claire meets Sherry, find the Crank. Mr. X appears again; engage him. Reach the 3rd floor, use the Crank to create a new path, and operate the system with the G.Cogwheel to get the Knight Plug. Descend the hole. Find and talk to Ben Bertolucci, get the "Mail to Chief," and return to the plug room. You will face William Birkin (first form). Keep distance and use the Magnum (4-5 hits). Place the last plugs and proceed.

    Sewer: Go to the Control Room, open the warehouse, and descend for ammo. Use the lift to find Annette. Take control of Ada and play as Leon's Scenario A until Leon wakes up. From here, access Claire's control room via her warehouse (requires Small Key). Head to the sewer path, go north, check a corpse for the Wolf Medal and Small Key. Turn left to another path, use the Valve Handle to lower the bridge, then raise it. Proceed through the "alligator hall" (no alligator in Scenario B) with Ada. Climb the ladder, cross the bridge, and take the Eagle Medal. Exit to the sewer path, place the two medals on the machine, and run through the waterfall door to board the train for a mini-game with William.
