Walkthrough

    Enter the Medication Room in the West Wing and trigger a (cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically)) with Emily.

    Return to the West Wing corridor where the Chef is present.

    Wait for the Chef to walk past, then sneak up on him.

    When prompted, use a Hemolytic Injector on the Chef from stealth to kill him and unlock a trophy.

    Take the Pantry Key from the Chef's remains.

    Use the Pantry Key to unlock the kitchen door and enter the Pantry.

    In the Pantry, collect the Scrap on the shelf, two buckets of blood on the floor, Handgun Ammo in a crate, a round of 12.7x55mm Ammo in a case, and the Takeout Stakeout Charm on a box. Note that Grace cannot open the cupboard.

    Backtrack to the Parlor to collect prizes from coin lockers. Matthew Rogers may attack; defeat him if necessary.

    Proceed north through the Dining Room. Deal with the zombie that has moved into the Filing Room.

    Use your ID to enter the storage area at the back of the Filing Room. Collect the Hip Pouch, Handgun Ammo x10, and find a cupboard Grace cannot open.

    Head to the stairs leading to the second floor.

    If the zombie you previously aggro'd is alive, use a Hemolytic Injector on it. If it is dead, use a Hemolytic Injector on the corpse to prevent it from becoming a Blister Head.

    Return through the Dining Room and head west. Be cautious of the light-averse zombie which may have returned. Defeat it.

    The zombie cleaner from the Restroom will appear; defeat her.

    In the Restroom, find 100 units of blood in the bath in the furthest stall.

    Continue through the Kitchen and head west towards the Level I gate. Defeat the second zombie from the Dining Room.

    Crouch behind a wall near the Level I gate. Wait for the zombie to advance towards you.

  • Move the rotary switch back to "AUTO" to open the box and retrieve the Artificial Lungs.
  • Return to the Custodian's Office and deposit the Artificial Lungs.
  • Head through the doorway opposite the Custodian's Office and smash a crate for Handgun Ammo.
  • Go up the stairs and continue to the next flight to find two crates with Handgun Ammo and a piece of Scrap.
  • Go back down to the previous landing and head north into the Office.
  • Examine the papers on the desk to unlock the Bar & Lounge Safe Code file (27/75) with the code: left 10, right 80, left 30.
  • Take the Lockpick from further along the desk.
  • Cross to the other side of the office and find the Background Check file (28/75).
  • Ignore the crate for now and pick up the Empty Bottle from the next desk.
  • If you haven't unlocked the Internal Dispute trophy, you have another chance. Smash the crate and hide behind the desk opposite the door.
  • A zombie with a drip stand will emerge from the Records Room with a second zombie. Throw the bottle at the second zombie to make it attack the first.
  • If you have already unlocked the trophy, defeat both zombies. The first zombie drops a Transfusion Bag.
  • Enter the Records Room and examine papers in a box to unlock the Disposal Team Report file (29/75).
  • Find a Makeshift Knife in a locker and an Empty Injector on a shelf.

    • Using a Hemolytic Injector on a corpse can prevent it from becoming a Blister Head.
    • The Takeout Stakeout Charm is found on top of a box in the Pantry.
    • The Organ Transport Box requires a specific sequence to unlock: HAND, center slider, switch 5 down, switch 2 down, then AUTO.
    • The Bar & Lounge Safe Code is left 10, right 80, left 30.
