This section details the Biohazard Revival Selection HD Remaster release for the PlayStation 3, a significantly updated port of Resident Evil Code: Veronica X.

Released on September 8, 2011, in Japan, this version features widescreen high-resolution graphics, dynamic lighting powered by the MT Framework engine, and is based on the CODE: Veronica Kanzenban for Dreamcast. Notable changes from the original include the use of the PlayStation 2 CG attract movie, the absence of the Rocket Launcher in Very Easy Mode, and the Battle Game being unlocked from the start. Item screen character images are updated to match their art renders, and the game supports Leaderboards.

The Revival Selection also includes a port of Biohazard 4. Early PS3 buyers received a free digital abridged copy of Biohazard Archives II (CODE: Veronica and Biohazard 4 sections) from the PlayStation Store. The game requires installation to the PS3 hard disk and must be played with the Blu-Ray disc in the drive. As with all PS3 software, it is region-free.
