Sterile Room Key

Upon entering the Sterile Room, you'll face a suicide bomber zombie directly ahead, with another zombie nearby. An electronic door is out of commission.

In an alcove to the left, there's a zombie with night vision goggles. Around the corner, two more zombies await.

Your objective is the elevator doors in the alcove.

Claire Redfield: Use the Bow Gun with an explosive arrow on the suicide bomber. Eliminate the second zombie, then the one in the alcove. Approach the corner slowly, kill the two zombies around it with 2 quick arrows. Enter the elevator.

Chris Redfield: Use the Magnum on the suicide bomber. Wait for the explosion to subside. L-target and kill the second zombie. Shoot the zombie in the alcove. Approach the corner, aim left, and shoot the two zombies. A single Magnum bullet might take out both. Enter the elevator.

Steve Burnside: Shoot the suicide bomber. L-target and kill the second zombie, or use the Gold Lugers. Kill the zombie in the alcove. Approach the corner and kill the two zombies. With the Gold Lugers, attempt a double headshot. Enter the elevator.

Alternate Claire: Use a Grenade Round on the suicide bomber. Kill the second zombie with a melee attack. Kill the commando zombie in the alcove. Approach the corner and kill the two zombies, possibly with a single Grenade Round if they are close enough. Enter the elevator.

Albert Wesker: Use the Combat Knife on the suicide bomber. Kill the second zombie. Lure the commando zombie out of the alcove before attacking. Lure the final two zombies out from around the corner. Engage them, potentially while standing at the outer side of the corner. Enter the elevator.
