    Locate the tower in the center of the area. You cannot reach the holographic marker on top by jumping.

    Use your Bino-cu-com (a tool for looking around) to spot a wire extending from the tower.

    Trace the wire back to its source: a crow's nest.

    Below the crow's nest is a wheel. Approach it, and Bentley will instruct you to spin it.

    Stand on the wheel and begin walking. When it gains some speed, try running on it.

    The crow's nest will lower to the deck. Hop onto it.

    As soon as you stop running on the wheel, the crow's nest will start rising again.

    When the crow's nest reaches the top, grab the rings and swing across to the tower.
