Mission 1: Find 3 pieces of the Master Emerald! This mission takes place in a space stage with lower gravity, allowing for higher jumps, and features constantly falling meteors that cause damage. Start on platform 0-4. Go right to find a blue box; hit the nearby meteor into it to break it open. Continue to a gray-blue tower, then hop over a wall to find another digging tower and platform 0-5. Cross the clear material opening in front of 0-5. Proceed past a bulldozer to platform 0-1, then another clear flooring area, a tower, and a weight. Continue past platforms 0-2 and 0-3 with a bulldozer between them, and arches from the center structure, returning to platform 0-4. From the starting point, go forward to the center structure. Go around its base to find doors with red slashes; hitting meteors into these can break them open. On the opposite side of the start is a door with a switch that opens the base to reveal sunglasses. Climb the center structure, going over the first set of support beams to bypass a laser field and enter to find a rocket that ascends higher. Reach the top and jump to the platform above the center structure. From this first platform, jump to the nearest one facing the starting point, which has metal boxes and a spring. Turn and jump to the next highest platform. From the platform with floating boxes, glide to the next platform with rings and a star symbol. Glide to the next highest platform with rings and floating boxes. Glide to another platform with a cage, a switch, and a trap above. Look past the cage to see a platform with a missile; glide to it and fire it. Glide back, hit the switch, and try to take the weight up, then jump to the next platform. Destroy the blue gel enemy on the next platform with a moon symbol. To the left, find small space stations; break metal boxes to enter. Continue along support beams to find small platforms and a spring that launches you to a higher platform. Go back and explore the right side. Behind the space stations, find a spring that launches you up, but beware of a blue gel enemy. Instead, go to the front of the space stations and jump to a nearby platform with a rocket. Take this rocket up. Upon landing, climb the wall to find a ledge off the building. There are eight ledges in total, four on each side on two levels. This area contains the remaining stage elements, with a few floating platforms around the building.

Mission 2: Find 100 rings! Keep moving constantly to avoid losing rings from meteor impacts. Collect rings at the starting point and on the dividing wall on the ground. Check some doors in the center structure and the blue boxes on the gray platforms. Take the rocket from the center structure upwards to find the remaining rings on various platforms.

Mission 3: Find the lost Chao! Take the rocket from the center structure up. Go to the numerous blue space stations to your left. From the first station, turn around to see a platform. Jump onto this platform to find another rocket. Take this rocket up and cling to the wall, climbing until you reach the ledge to your right. Glide around the building to another ledge. Glide around one more time to find a ledge with an ancient shrine. Play the Mystic Melody to open a warp that leads inside one of the blue space stations.
