Walkthrough

Speak with Grizzly in Yanov station. He is located on the opposite side from the stairs leading down to the basement.

Agree to help Grizzly negotiate a hostage release. He will give you a goldfish artefact to use as ransom.

Head to the container warehouse and speak with Shishak, the bandit leader.

Shishak will demand either 15,000 RU or a suitable artefact, such as the goldfish he provided.

Pay the ransom or give Shishak the artefact.

Speak with Mitay.

Warning: On the way out, a bandit will challenge you. You must pay him off (costing 3300 RU). If you choose not to pay, a fight will ensue. If you do not pay and Mitay dies, the mission is over.

Tips

The goldfish artefact can be used as ransom for Shishak.
Be prepared to pay 3300 RU to the bandit on the way out to avoid a fight and ensure Mitay's survival.
