- 1Speak to Cardan to initiate the mission.
- 2Tools For Basic work (Sawmill): Travel to the Sawmill and kill numerous undead (undead creatures) to find the tools in the attic of the northernmost building.
- 3Return the Tools For Basic work to Cardan.
- 4Tools For Fine Work (Substation Workshops): Locate these tools on a box on the west side of the camp, near broken metal crates.
- 5Take the Tools For Fine Work to Cardan.
- 6Tools For Calibration (Department Store OR Old Service Centre):
- Department Store: Enter the Department Store in Pripyat. Navigate the hallways until you find stairs leading down. The tools are at the bottom of these stairs. Be aware of dogs (canine mutants) surrounding the building and many hamsters (small rodents) inside.
- 7Old Service Centre: Alternatively, go to the Old Service Centre. Avoid anomalies (dangerous environmental hazards) and proceed upstairs. Kill the Burer (mutant creature) in the large room. The tools are in a small room off the main room. Exit down the stairs and through the locked door.
- 8Return the Tools For Calibration to Cardan.
