On the first floor, south side of the school, find a room containing a safe. Inside the safe is ammo.

Under the stairs on the ground floor, in the southwest corner of the old service center, you will find grenades.

Go south of the apartment building and enter a small building located at the south of some L-shaped buildings on the minimap (the in-game map). Inside this small room, which has some ducts and an empty metal cabinet, the stash is in plain sight against the wall. You will find a chaser and some ammo.

On the roof of the south building in the river port. Look on the south side of the roof where the main roof drops to a smaller roof.

In the river port's northernmost building, a monolith soldier (an enemy NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you)) is praying. This soldier has the stash location in his PDA (Personal Data Assistant). Climb up the ladder to the tower; the stash is in the northeast corner.

In the kindergarten, go upstairs to the far eastern room. The stash is in the corner of the room by some boxes.
