These aren't your average reef sharks; these are the Bosses, and you'll need to defeat them to progress the story and reach the end of the game. Think of them as the ultimate test of your survival skills. ## Overview There are three main bosses lurking in the waters, and they'll appear in random spots on your map. Keep an eye on your cartographer for those tell-tale red skull icons. Each boss has a different health pool: * The Meg: 500 Health points * The Great Abaia: 750 Health points * Lusca the Great: 1000 Health points Don't worry, you can find more detailed strategies for each one on their individual pages. Just click on their names! ## Combat These boss fights are no joke, and you'll need to be well-prepared. Expect to get the Bleeding status effect during these encounters, so don't underestimate them! The type and amount of ammo or weapons you'll need will vary for each boss. Popular choices include the speargun, crude spear, refined spear, and refined axe. The better your hunting level, the fewer resources you'll burn through. My advice? Stock up on bandages, some good food, and maybe a breath boost if you plan on fighting underwater. Try to tackle them in the morning when the visibility is best, and make sure your health, hunger, and thirst meters are all topped off. And here's a pro-tip: there's no set order for fighting these guys. You can take them on in any sequence you like. ## Reward Once you've successfully taken down each boss, you'll unlock the ability to craft crucial aircraft parts. You'll need these to repair the Aircraft on the Aircraft Carrier. Specifically, you'll be able to craft the rudder, engine, and propeller parts. Plus, you'll get to craft cool trophies to show off your hard-earned victories!
