Enter the Glaciated Cave. Go right to the next area, then up and around to the stairs leading up.

Go southwest to find a switch on the wall. Activate it to lower the water level in the area below.

Go up and down the stairs at the lower left to reach the first floor. Access chests containing Spectacles and an Orange Gummi.

Go downstairs to the south. Follow the path to a chest with a Rune Bottle and a switch behind it. Press the switch and go back upstairs.

Go through the door leading upstairs through the upper left. Go up and around to the right and down to the path leading to the first switch you activated. Press this switch.

Go up and through the north door to the left. The water level in this room will lower. Go up and down the stairs and get the chest containing an Aqua Cape. Equip it for resistance to water attacks.

Go upstairs to the north into the other area. Go left and up, then down the stairs to the right to get a chest containing Seafood.

Go down through the other set of stairs to the lower level. Press the switch in this room and go back upstairs.
