Pemenie and the Boots of Blinding Speed

On the road north-west of Caldera, you can find Pemenie. She asks for an escort to Gnaar Mok. If you accompany her, she will reward you with the Boots of Blinding Speed, which fortify your speed by 200 points but also cause 100% blind. Alternatively, Pemenie is an outlaw, and you can kill her to obtain the boots without completing the escort.

Recovering Cloudcleaver

North-west of Caldera, Hlormar Wine-Sot is found paralyzed and claims a witch stole his axe, Cloudcleaver. Agree to help him retrieve it. The witch, Sosia Caristiana, claims Hlormar was too friendly and she was teaching him a lesson. She offers to return his belongings in three days at the Caldera Mage's Guild. Siding with Hlormar leads to a fight against Sosia. After defeating her, loot her corpse to find Cloudcleaver. Returning it to Hlormar will reward you with a +2 boost to Strength.

The Lady's Ring

Between Gnisis and Ald Velothi, you will find Synette Jeline and an invisible man near a pond. Synette has lost her ring in the pond. If you agree to search for it, they will attack you once you find the ring, as they are outlaws. It is advisable to attack them first. After defeating them, you can retrieve the ring, which is an Expensive Ring. The invisible man carries the Amulet of Shadows, which grants 80% chameleon for 60 seconds on use.

The Paralyzed Barbarian

On the road between Ald'ruhn and Caldera, you may encounter Hisin Deep-Raed, a naked man paralyzed by a spell. He requires a Cure Common Disease spell or potion. If you provide one, he will reward you with the Icecap helmet, a light armor piece that resists frost by 30%.

The Shirt of His Back

Between Ald'ruhn and Caldera, you can meet Rasha, an Argonian carrying five Exquisite shirts for Bivale Teneran in Ald'ruhn. Rasha asks you to deliver them. Swearing an oath to Zenithar binds you to this task, and no Dunmer will conduct business with you until it's completed. Delivering the shirts to Bivale Teneran rewards you with the Belt of Iron Will.

To The Fields Of Kummu

South of the Shardan-Raplay Egg Mine, on the road between Pelagiad and Balmora, Nevrasa Dralor is lost and searching for the Fields of Kummu. Escort her to the small shrine to Vivec. Upon reaching it, she will thank you and give you 150 septims.
