Learn how to start and complete the Enigma Combat Test Support Request in The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero. Get the Hollow Sphere Art and earn your rewards!

Alright, so you've just kicked off Chapter 2 in The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero and you're probably wondering what to do next. After all the story scenes, you'll find yourself back at the SSS HQ. Don't worry if there aren't any main missions popping up yet – that's normal! Your first order of business is to hop on the Orbal Computer and grab the available Support Requests for Day 1. One of these will be the 'Enigma Combat Test'.

Once you've got the details from the computer, your next stop is the Genten Orbal Store in Central Square. Head inside and chat with Wendy. She'll give you the rundown on what she needs you to do to start this Request.

How to Complete Enigma Combat Test

The main goal here is super straightforward: get into a fight and use the Hollow Sphere Art. The real challenge, though, is actually getting your hands on that Art in the first place. If you haven't figured it out yet, your Detective Notebook is your best friend for this. It shows you the Sepith requirements for every Art. For Hollow Sphere, you'll need a specific combination: Water x3, Wind x3, and Mirage x5, all on a single line of your Orbment setup.

Now, take a look at your Quartz. Each one gives you a certain amount of Sepith. To get that specific combo for Hollow Sphere, we found a good setup using Elie. We equipped her with Detection and EP 1 (for the Mirage Sepith), Evade 1 and Move 1 (for the Wind Sepith), and finally, HP 2 (for the Water Sepith). Make sure Hollow Sphere is now available to use before you head out. You can find a good spot for a battle in places like the Geofront or any of the main highways.

Once you've triggered a battle, have the character with Hollow Sphere use it. This Art gives them the Stealth buff, which is pretty neat – enemies will basically ignore that character for two turns, or until they do something. After that, just win the battle as usual. Head back to Wendy at the Genten Orbal Store to report your findings and wrap up the Request!
