• Goddess Cube #2 (Deep Woods - Great Tree)
  • Location: Within the Deep Woods, near the base of the Great Tree.
  • Strategy: After navigating through the Deep Woods and reaching the area with the Great Tree, look for a series of climbable vines on the eastern side of the tree's base. Ascend these vines. The Goddess Cube is on a small ledge overlooking the area, easily visible once you've climbed a short way up.
  • Skyloft Reward: The corresponding chest is found on a floating island to the northeast of Skyloft, yielding a Heart Piece.
• Goddess Cube #3 (Deep Woods - Waterfall Cave)
  • Location: Inside the cave system behind the waterfall in the Deep Woods.
  • Strategy: To access this area, you'll need the Slingshot. Locate the waterfall in the Deep Woods. To the right of the waterfall, there's a small passage blocked by a wooden barrier. Use your Slingshot to hit the bomb flowers above the barrier, clearing the path. Enter the cave, and the Goddess Cube will be visible on a raised platform to your left. You may need to use a well-aimed whip or a bomb to clear any obstacles.

Eldin Volcano

• Goddess Cube #4 (Eldin Volcano - Initial Ascent)
  • Location: Early in your ascent of Eldin Volcano, near the first Bokoblin camp.
  • Strategy: From the initial bird statue at the Eldin Volcano entrance, proceed along the main path. After crossing the first lava flow using the moving platforms and defeating the initial group of Bokoblins, look to your right. The cube is on a small, elevated ledge against the cliff face, requiring a precise vertical sword strike.

  • Location: Within the central desert area, part of a Timeshift Stone puzzle.
  • Strategy: In the large, open desert area with various Timeshift Stones, locate the Timeshift Stone that, when activated, reveals a series of platforms leading to a higher ledge.
