Walkthrough
- 1From the corridor, use the Estate Key on the door to the right to enter a guest bedroom.
- 2Pick the lock on the corner room's door to access a hidden tunnel.
- 3Use the Estate Key to open the chest inside the tunnel and retrieve a SILVER NUGGET (690/0/255|945).
- 4Return to the corridor and pull the unlit torch on the wall to reveal a floor hatch.
- 5Descend into the hatch to find a DIAMOND worth 100 GEMS (690/100/255|1045) (SECRET #4).
- 6Go back to the Mechanist door you passed earlier and insert the METAL GEAR into the MECHANISM to open it.
- 7Follow the new hallway on Floor 2 to the bottom of the stairs.
- 8Listen to the guards' conversation and steal another METAL GEAR [PP 17] from the guard who passes you.

- 34On the same table, find a single STACK OF COINS (955/150/485|1590).
- 35Sneak to the back corner of the bar and grab the single BOTTLE (955/150/535|1640).
- 36Go around the side of the bar for the PURSE OF GOLD from Benny's hip (1005/150/535|1690) [PP 21].
- 37In the south-east bedroom, find a single moss arrow and an Invisibility Potion in a blue chest in the closet.
- 38Open the west door with lockpicks or the Estate Key.
- 39Run west, past the Game Room and the Pool, to the dogleg corridor.
- 40In the back room, find a Security Power Panel. Use this to disable the cameras on Floor 2.
- 41In the other room in this corridor, use the Estate Key to enter.
- 42Grab the various arrows and the mine.
Tips
- You can access the hidden tunnel via the Chapel, but you need the Estate Key to unlock the chest. Finding this chest does not count as a secret.
- The nook at the south-west corner of the Dining Room on Floor 1 may be inaccessible or a map error.
- The single door to the south on Floor 2 will not open yet.
- The guard by the window carrying the Estate Key [PP 19] can be dealt with by shooting out the torch.
- The Game Room contains a Child, two patrolling guards, and a drunk guard named Benny with a barmaid.
- The spill on the rug in the Game Room is in front of the fireplace, near a dropped cup.
- The cameras on Floor 2 can be disabled using the Security Power Panel in the dogleg corridor.
- The camera and Sentry in the room past the Security Power Panel are turned off.
