Master the Entrusted Investigation event in Tower of Fantasy! Learn where to find Hyena Thugs and how to unlock password chests with this step-by-step guide.

Alright, let's get this Entrusted Investigation done! It's the first phase of the Vera Orienteering event, and it's split into two main tasks. You'll need to take down some Hyena Thugs and then get busy with some password chests.

Objective 1: Defeat 5 Hyena Thugs

First up, we need to find and defeat five of those annoying Hyena Thugs. Don't worry, they're pretty common. The best spot to round them all up quickly is around Barrenstown, which is west of the Mega Arena Spacerift.

Here's the plan:

1. Teleport to the Mega Arena Spacerift.
2. Head west down the path. You should find two or three Hyena Thugs chilling there.
3. After you've dealt with them, make your way south to Rat’s Den: Squeaky, which is just south of Barrenstown. You'll find a few more there.

Once you've taken down at least five of them, you'll snag your first reward: 600 'Proof of Contributions'. Nice!

Objective 2: Use chips to unlock password chests 3 times

For the second part, you need to use chips to unlock three password chests. It doesn't matter which type of chest or chip you use, just that you successfully unlock three.

How to find chests and chips:

• You can find many chest spawn locations using the Interactive Map.
• To open a chest, you'll need the corresponding chip: a Type I chip for a Type I chest, Type II for Type II, and Type III for Type III.
• You can get these chips by completing Bounty Missions or Weekly Activities.

Just use the right chip on the correct chest three times. When you're done, you'll get your second reward: 500 'Proof of Contributions'.

How to access the event:

To get to the Vera Orienteering Event, click the 'chest' icon in the top right of your screen. Then, select 'Vera Orienteering' from the bottom of the screen. When you click on 'Entrusted Investigation', you'll be taken to the Request Mission screen where you can grab your rewards.
