Upon arriving at Astra Shelter, you will be welcomed by Shirli and Zeke. After a brief cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), retrieve your weapon from the boxes outside.

After picking up your weapon, another cutscene will play, introducing Mi-a, Shirli’s assistant.

Follow Shirli and M-ia to speak with Celine, located in the ruins of the plane.

Customise your character with Celine. You can change presets, hair, facial structure, and clothing colors.

After customising, speak to Celine and Shirli again. Shirli will offer a tour of the battleship at Astra Shelter and introduce you to Palu.

Palu will ask you to retrieve environmental data with his drone, located 20m outside the battleship. The drone will guide you to collect water, plant, rock, and geological sample data.

Return to the shelter and speak with Palu. Shirli will then take you to meet Fennie.

Fennie wants you to fix the Spacerift. Head across the bridge to the Spacerift and speak to Shirli.

To fix the Spacerift, grab a new energy conversion filter from the orb room to the left of the Spacerift and throw it at the machine.

Shirli will test the Astra Shelter Spacerift, returning with three robotic Watcher enemies. Learn to use discharge attacks by swapping weapons when your current weapon charge is full.

Use disengage moves to dodge attacks, especially when the Watcher emits a red glowing circle, signaling a strong explosion attack. Prioritize defeating weaker enemies before the Altered Watcher, which is the elite enemy.

After the fight, head to the orb building near the Spacerift to check on Shirli. She and M-ia decide you need to talk to Franz about fixing the Spacerift.

Follow Shirli to find Franz across the river, investigating a boulder. Shirli will demonstrate jumping on bouncy mushrooms to reduce fall damage when traversing cliffs.

Speak to Franz, who is trying to fix the Deconstructor to disable the boulder disguise and use the Simulacrum system. Franz agrees to fix the Spacerift.

Shirli decides to fix the deconstructor while Franz is occupied, believing the power source is fried. She sends you to Astra Omnium Tower to get a backup power source from the Scrapper.

Shirli gives you her Jetback. You will receive a tutorial on how to equip and use it.

Use the Jetback to fly up the nearby cliff and land on the target mushroom. Follow the river towards the marker; the tower is to the left, behind a cliff.

Enter the tower, take the elevator to the top, and meet the Scrapper.
