    After speaking with Hopkins, head to the Signal Station Ruins southwest of the Black Market.

    Defeat the level 19 Clone enemies.

    Rotate the poles to create a laser beam circuit:

    Rotate the first pole twice so the laser hits the second pole near the car.

    Rotate the second pole once so the laser hits the next pole.

    Rotate the last pole so the laser hits the first pole, completing the circuit.

    Head to the middle and enter the underground area.

    Pick up the laser projector and point it at the laser contraption to activate the elevator.

    Interact with the orb behind the laser contraption to go downstairs.

    Repeat the process: use the laser to turn on the contraption, go to the moving platform on the left, and interact with the orb to power the elevator further down.

    On the next floor, place the laser projector on the moving platform so it periodically hits the contraption, raising the elevator stairs to the left.

How to Defeat Theo:

  1. Theo has 3 health bars and can gain shield health bars.
  2. He attacks with electric bolts from his robotic arm/wings or attempts to grab you.
  3. Dodge his grab attacks to trigger phantasia for strong discharge attacks.
  4. His melee attacks are easy to dodge, and his electric bolt attacks are not very damaging.
  5. You only need to fight Theo until his health is reduced by 1.5 bars. A cutscene will trigger.
  6. Speak to Franz outside to conclude Chapter 2-04 'Whereabouts of a Friend'.
