Alright, let's talk about the Eldar. Honestly, these guys are probably the toughest enemies you'll face in the whole game. They're not the type to just stand there and trade blows; they'll rush in, hit you hard, and then bail the second you start hurting them. On top of that, their attacks often have a longer range than yours, which makes them super dangerous, especially on higher difficulties.

Expect them to charge in, mess with your squad using their psychic powers, and toss grenades around. It can get pretty frustrating dealing with their hit-and-run style and their ability to just make your life difficult. They've got some serious range and can really mess with your positioning.

When it comes to fighting them, Tarkus is a solid choice because he can take a beating and resist a lot of what they throw at you. Thaddeus might seem good for disrupting them with his assault jump, but he tends to get taken out way too fast. Avitus can be useful for slowing them down with suppression, but his setup time can be a real pain. Honestly, one of your best bets is often Cyrus, especially with a Bolter and his suppression ability. Pinning them down like that gives your other units the chance to take them out.

It’s a really good idea to bring melta-bombs along when you know you'll be facing a lot of Eldar. There's a good chance you'll run into their big hitters like Fire Prisms or Wraithlord walkers, and a melta-bomb can pretty much take them down in one go. Once you've dealt with those heavy units, you'll mostly just have their infantry left, and as you progress, your Dreadnoughts with their ranged attacks will make short work of them.
