Complete Baldur's Gate Part 10 walkthrough, including the Siege Camp and crossing Boareskyr Bridge. Find Ymori and confront Junia.
Walkthrough
- 1Find Ymori, a priest of Chauntea, east of the fort. Agree to find him and use the teleport circle.
- 2North of the goblin cave, you'll find a body. Picking it up triggers an encounter with six zombies and a wight. After defeating them, loot the body for Kendra's chain, Herdrin's short sword +2, a gold ring, and Ymori's head. Examine the head for clues; Dynaheir will also comment on it.
- 3Return to Junia and confront her about the ambush. If you push for the truth, she attacks, summoning three wights. She becomes a wight herself upon death.
- 4Talk to Tharantis, inform him of the events, and give him his sister's necklace to receive 3,000xp and +1 reputation.
- 5If any party members suffered level drain, return to the Flaming Fist camp for healing from Mizhena.
- 6Cross the Boareskyr Bridge. As you approach the north end, you will collapse. A movie will play showing the death of Bhaal on the bridge, followed by a (cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically)) where you awaken on a still smoking symbol of Bhaal to speak with the hooded man again.
- 7On the north side of the river, east of a well, is a hidden cache containing 1gp and a moonstone gem. You can gain Bless on the party by dropping 25gp into the well, Heal on the party by dropping 100gp, or initiate a fight with a water elemental by putting a weapon in the well.
- 8As you approach the west exit of the map, Kava will appear (if you brought her ale) to thank you with 300gp.
- 9Leave the area.
- 10After a narration and (cutscene), you will return to the game at the Coalition Siege Camp (BD3000). Marshall Nederlok will inform you of the current situation, including the Flaming Fist's attitude towards you after the Boareskyr Bridge event. Glint will be near the camp entrance.
- 11Helvdar, by the main gate, has lost a lucky charm and needs new boots made of bear skin from Belegarm, who is located in Dead Man's Pass.
- 12Go down the east road. Waizahb, a merchant, sells interesting items and fences stolen goods. He also wants you to acquire five specific items from the Crusade areas: a ring (2,000xp, 250gp), a battle standard (2,000xp, 500gp), a holy symbol (2,000xp, ioun stone [pearly white]), a token of faith (2,000xp, 1,000gp), and a map (2,000xp, spear [+2 shadowed]). Returning these items to Waizahb grants potions of storm giant strength, magic shielding, and power.
- 13At the south end of the east road is the Flaming Fist contingent, including any joinable (NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you))s you sent to the camp. Mizhena, the healer, is also here.
- 14The center road has nothing of interest. Down the west side is Belegarm, and Thaird is available if you need to rest. West and south of Belegarm, Vigilant Halasan is training Daggerford troops. Ask her if they will be ready in time and suggest you take over their training while she attends to other duties.
- 15Talk to each of the six recruits individually and have them attack another recruit. You can then help them improve their combat skills. If Dynaheir is in the party, Garrold will suggest she study magic instead of combat. Viconia can help Hester gain composure if allowed to speak.
- 16Talk to Vigilant Halasan again. If you performed well, she rewards you with 6,000xp and Commander's Chain Mail +3.
- 17Simonetta Twoedge, a retired Waterdavian guard, is south and east, helping with combat strategies. She suggests you talk to the soldiers to learn what they are fighting for. Return to her when done. You need to speak with Belegarm, Halasan, and Dosia (amulet [medal of valor], 6,000xp). Dosia requires a cure before she will speak with you.
- 18South and west of Simonetta is Jegg, who can craft special items, such as armor for M'Khiin.
- 19Dosia, a healer south of Simonetta, is dealing with an outbreak. Examine the infected person and talk to them all.
- 20Xerra is burning with fever; Viconia can make a salve to help. Yestimell is feverish and agitated and will attack (allow Minsc to speak). Zidrand's symptoms are more advanced.
- 21Return to Dosia with your findings. You can try talking to a rat with Minsc, but you will be interrupted by a wererat. Talking to the rat again reveals a tree mold that cures rats. Viconia knows of a bark needed for a salve. Dosia asks you to find some and return it to her.
- 22Hyreth, an Ilmaterian zealot, is sick. Convince him that healing is not wrong and heal him with a potion or spell. He will then leave you some items: gems (tchazar, kings tear), a wand of magic missiles, and potions of health and healing.
- 23Talk to Marshal Nederlok to begin the counsel. Your objective is to find the secret entrance beneath Dragonspear Castle and either get information from or kill Hephernnan and Caelar. Talk to Phossey Dugdeep, a dwarf near the camp entrance, for an item to aid you in the caverns beneath Dragonspear. After the counsel, your map updates to show Dead Man's Pass, Bloodbark Grove, and Underground River. The latter can only be reached through the first two.
- 24Find Phossey west of the main gate. You must wait for Torsin De Lancie to arrive. He wants you to take a barrel from Boareskyr Bridge into the tunnels under the castle to create an opening in the walls above. After sending Phossey away, he asks you to poison the castle's water supply.
- 25If you refuse to poison the water supply, he will state the poison is non-lethal.
