Identifying Resources on the Map

Barotrauma features a variety of missions that can be undertaken in both Campaign and Mission gamemodes. Completing these missions typically awards Marks, which can be used at Stores to purchase items or submarine upgrades.

Abandoned Outpost Assassination

This mission involves eliminating the leader of an outlaw group that has taken over an abandoned outpost. It is located in an Abandoned Outpost and rewards 3,000 Marks, along with the 'Bounty Hunter' achievement.

A variation of this mission also rewards 4,500 Marks for the same objective.

Abandoned Outpost Monsters

These missions require you to clear out hostile fauna from an abandoned outpost. Rewards include 3,000 Marks and the 'Pest control' achievement.

Specific objectives include:

• Destroying 6 Crawler Eggs within an Abandoned Outpost.
• Eliminating all creatures, such as Husks (4–9), Husk Prowlers (2–3), and potentially a Husk Chimera (0–1), found inside an Abandoned Outpost.
• Getting rid of Husks (4–9), cultists (3–5), and a leader (1) suspected of using the outpost for a Church of Husk ritual.
