This one's called 'Infinite Loop,' and it's all about a couple of arguing Claptraps in the R&D department. Apparently, they're stuck in a loop, and Jack wants you to sort it out. You'll be around level 19 for this, and it's a pretty straightforward mission, but there's a choice at the end that affects your reward.

Walkthrough

    Head to the R&D Department: Jack will ping you about a computer issue. Make your way to the waypoint he sets in the R&D department.

    Find the Arguing Claptraps: When you arrive, you'll find two Claptrap units going at it. This is the source of the 'problem.' Jack's solution? You need to find a restraining bolt.

    Interact with the Console and Grab the Bolt: Follow the next waypoint to find a console. Interact with it, and then pick up the restraining bolt that appears.

    Return to the Claptraps and Make Your Choice: Head back to where the two Claptraps are still bickering. Now comes the important part: you have to choose which Claptrap to 'fix.'

    Option A: Deactivate CLAP-9000 (the left one): If you choose to disable the Claptrap on the left, you'll receive a laser weapon as your reward.

    Option B: Deactivate DAN-TRP (the right one): If you choose to disable the Claptrap on the right, you'll get a grenade as your reward.

    Receive Your Reward: After you've made your choice and dealt with one of the Claptraps, talk to the other Claptrap to get your reward.
