    Head to the Meriff's office.

    Find the table with the map in the middle of the room. Press the button on the side to reveal a ladder.

    Enter the fish tank and find the first ECHO.

    Destroy the ECHO.

    Go to the second location and pull a book on the shelf to reveal a hidden area.

    Press the button on the side of the moving shelf to reveal a safe.

    Smash open the safe, listen to the ECHO, and destroy it.

    Find the third ECHO hidden inside a wall, which will reveal a slot machine.

    Pull the slot machine lever, listen to the ECHO, and grab it.

    Bring the ECHOs to the DJs in Moxxi's bar and place them.

    Go to the statue of the Meriff.

    Blow off its head.

    Take the head and use the jump pad to get onto the rooftop area.

    Make your way to the rocket and jump on it.

    Place the head on the spike.

    Use the console twice to fire the rocket.

    Return to the bounty board to finish the mission.
