    Destroy five defective Claptrap units located near Janey.

    Return to Janey to pick up the laser weapon.

    Travel to Serenity's Waste, across the bridge near Concordia's entrance.

    Go to the marker and wait for the beacon to drop.

    Grab the beacon and place it where Torgue wants it.

    Place the laser weapon where Torgue wants it.

    Get to the vantage point and watch the explosion.
