Mission 8: Free Gateway.

Alright commander, you're starting with Tanya, some GIs, and engineers. Your main goal is to find the Psychic Beacon in a small Soviet fortification and destroy it before it activates in about 20 minutes. So, no time to waste!

Assemble your strike team and head straight for the highway. Follow it until you reach the Soviet base.

The best approach is to attack from multiple angles. Send your GIs and engineers through the back while Tanya handles the front.

Your priority inside the base is to destroy all the Tesla Reactors. This will disable the Tesla Coils, making it safe to approach the Psychic Beacon.

While you're at it, take out any Soviet troops you encounter and destroy the Tesla Coils.

Once the reactors and coils are down, you'll see the Psychic Beacon. Move Tanya in to demolish it!

After the beacon is destroyed, you'll receive reinforcements, including an MCV and some units. You'll also gain control of some civilians who have mysteriously acquired M1 Carbines – they make good distractions!

Watch out for Desolators! These Iraqi units are deadly to infantry. They'll be in the Soviet base and will harass you, so take them out quickly. They aren't as effective against tanks, thankfully.

There's a crate of money waiting for you where the Psychic Beacon was, so grab it!

Warning: Keep a close eye on your Ore Miners. In one playthrough, miners vanished without any warning or notification. It's best to be vigilant!

Now, it's time to build up your own base. Construct a Refinery, Power Plants, Barracks, and a War Factory.

Start producing plenty of Chrono Miners to keep your cash flowing.

You'll also get access to Prism Tanks. These are excellent for taking out buildings from a distance, like Tesla Coils, and have good firepower, though Grizzlies are tougher. You'll receive four of them as reinforcements – use them wisely.

Once your economy is stable, build a Battle Lab.

After the Battle Lab is up, construct some Prism Towers for defense.

For the final push, the most effective strategy is to use a large group of Prism Tanks. They can deal with infantry and bypass the Tesla Coil threat. If you want to try a different approach, building about 15 Grizzly Battle Tanks to draw fire, then bringing in a second wave, can also work, but Prism Tanks are generally superior.
