Immediately deploy your MCV (Mobile Construction Vehicle) near resources or an Oil Derrick.

Build a Power Plant, a Barracks, and begin a Refinery.

While the Refinery is building, train an Engineer if an Oil Derrick is nearby.

Train 10 GIs and 2 Attack Dogs.

Once the Refinery is operational, deploy it and build a Pillbox and a Patriot.

Construct an additional Power Plant and start a War Factory.

Upon completion of the War Factory, build 5 IFVs (Infantry Fighting Vehicles) and 5 tanks.

Scout the map with your tanks to identify enemy positions and resources.

Once a basic defense line is established, build an Air Force Command HQ.

After the Air Force Command HQ is ready, build more Chrono Miners to find and capture additional Oil Derricks.

Establish Prism Tower defenses for your base and Oil Derricks, along with 2 Patriots for each Oil Derrick.

Build more Patriots for your original base and construct extra Power Plants.

Build a Naval Yard and immediately produce Destroyers for base defense.

Construct Aegis Cruisers to counter Kirov Airships. Remember to manually direct Cruisers to attack for maximum missile firing speed. Two Cruisers should suffice.

Your paratroopers will be charging up during this time.

Capture an Airport. Build a Nighthawk Transport and an Engineer to reach and secure an airport. Defend it diligently.

Start construction of a Battle Lab. Once ready, build Mirage Tanks for added defense.

Begin building four Stealth Bombers.

Build a second Air Force Command HQ and four additional Stealth Bombers, creating two groups of four Stealth Bombers.

Construct a Spy Satellite Uplink to assess enemy base defenses, specifically noting the amount of flak.

The primary attack strategy involves using eight Stealth Bombers to destroy Tesla Reactors. If a Nuclear Reactor is present, target it first with at least four Stealth Bombers. This power outage will disrupt enemy defenses.

As your bombers approach their target, assign 2 Cargo Planes to drop soldiers in the middle of the enemy base.

If the enemy base experiences a power failure, they will likely attempt to rebuild reactors or sell defenses. Use GIs to engage armored units while SEALs deal with infantry and attempt to destroy the Construction Yard and War Factory.

If the primary strategy is not feasible due to heavy defenses or lack of an airport, focus on striking targets of opportunity, such as units or structures.

Be aware of Apocalypse Tanks, which use missiles for guaranteed hits.

Back at your base, if the paratrooper tactic was successful, reinforce with Prism Tanks, approximately 15 Grizzly Battle Tanks, and 4 Mirage Tanks.

If the paratrooper tactic failed, consider a naval assault. Build numerous dolphins as anti-submarine weapons. SEALs are also effective against dreadnoughts and submarines.

Building approximately 5 Nimitz class Aircraft Carriers is very expensive, costing about $12,500,000. These carriers are powerful and each deploy an extra Hornet. This provides a total of 20 Hornets for assault.

If the enemy has a coastal base, engage and destroy their navy. Use Cruisers and Dreadnoughts to stop V3 Rockets.

To counter the Sea Scorpion + Submarine combination, build a significant number of Destroyers. Dolphins can also destroy submarines. Deploy SEALs to neutralize enemy assets.
