Drive the APC southeast out of the compound and stop when you see another APC. Man the gun turret and destroy the gunner and his crew.

A two-man patrol may respond from the beach near the “Hill Side Café” sign; kill or bypass them.

Continue driving until guardrails appear near a drop-off, then proceed on foot.

Prophet will give you a secondary objective: access the KPA network.

Stay cloaked or in cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) on the roadway and prepare for four KPA soldiers coming from the hillside on the right.

Take out the first scout silently from the foliage near the cliff.

Take his Precision Rifle, replacing your shotgun. Your SCAR assault rifle will also gain the assault scope option.

Use boulders near the road or on the slope to ambush the next three KPA soldiers.

Continue up the hillside toward the KPA network objective.

If the previous altercation was noisy, watch your back for three KPA reinforcements coming from the beach.

Continue up the grade, remaining cloaked when not in cover to recharge.

Snipe the six-man patrol coming down the hill with the silenced scoped SCAR from the cover of foliage near the path.

Move up the roadway toward the communications trailer.

Kill the seven defenders guarding the elevated compound before accessing the KPA network.

Cloak as you crest the hill, veer right up the knoll, and use bushes to recharge your cloaking energy.

Recon the command post to locate targets. Use boulder and foliage cover to snipe KPA with the silenced SCAR, switching to the Precision Rifle if they notice you.

Move near or into the shack to eliminate any survivors.

The download reveals the hostage's location: a schoolhouse in the nearby village, and provides incoming fleet positions.

Search the premises and KPA corpses for ammo. Take an FY71 assault rifle if you prefer it over the SCAR and have misspent SCAR ammo.

Find a Precision Rifle and a North Korean guided missile launcher and fragmentation grenades outside the shack on the east end. You should be carrying the Precision Rifle and an assault rifle (preferably the SCAR).

Look east from your elevation to see the next assignment: the large compound holding the hostage in a schoolhouse.

Monitor the slope with binoculars to locate the six-man KPA patrol scouting the hillside.

Return to the top of the hill and use the Precision Rifle's range to eliminate them from high ground.

Before descending, grab a shotgun from a victim, replacing the Precision Rifle.

Stealthily descend the hill and scout the complex from the cover of the wooded knoll overlooking the bridge.

Observe the two gun emplacements on either side of the entrance to the large compound.

Recharge and move to a boulder on the riverbank near the bridge.

To avoid minefields, cross the river and wade the shallow water near or under the bridge.

Cloak, cross the river on the left side of the overhead bridge, and recharge near the vacant shack on your left.

Cloak, go up the slope, and work your way into the ground cover near an isolated tree, crouching in the foliage.

Take out the gunner in the left gun emplacement with a tranquilizer dart or a headshot (a shot that lands on the enemy's head, usually an instant kill).

If no alert is raised, slowly move around the emplacement, past the bundles, and recharge in the gap between the bulldozer tracks.

If your intrusion was discovered, toggle the silenced SCAR to single shot and use foliage cover to kill KPA searching near the gate.

Make your way to the left side of the compound to recharge near the bulldozer.

Advance toward the schoolhouse by entering the building east of the bulldozer. If no alert is active, confront enemies only if necessary.

Slowly walk to the schoolhouse, using your energy to evade discovery by the gunners in the roof emplacements.

Enter the building and go into the room on the left for a recharge.

If you haven't been seen, move upstairs and down the hall to free the captive.

If discovered, stay in the ground-level room and use the doorway as cover to shotgun KPA as they enter the hallway.

If a general alarm is raised, KPA will flock to the schoolhouse. Watch for them targeting you through windows.

Use the shotgun toggled to narrow spread to hit KPA outside windows. Pile up corpses, grab ammo, and head upstairs to free the captive.

Psycho will join you at the hostage's prison doorway. The hostage will inform you and Psycho of potential survivors' location: the excavation site.
