- 5Locate the guard defending the path into the camp, toss a stone to distract him.
- 6Climb the ledge and hide in the brush as another guard moves off.
- 7On the outskirts, stay concealed in the brush to tag defenders. Keep to the right, moving from brush clump to clump.
- 8Near the walkway beyond two guards on a bench, toss a stone to distract them.
- 9Distract any guards to the right and, if necessary, distract the one who returns to the bench.
- 10Quickly cross the walkway and get into the brush.
- 11Follow Iron Mike and Skizzo (to the right) toward the infirmary. Distract the seated guard on the left.
- 12Go right or east, staying off the path, onto a low rise overlooking the infirmary.
- 13Distract guards near the garage on the right.
- 14Drop down, move behind the dumpster, truck, and into the hedge to reach the infirmary's door.
- 15Pry open the door, enter, and take the antibiotics at the marker.
