Dead or Alive 6 (DOA6) is the sixth main installment in the Dead or Alive fighting game series. Announced on June 8th, 2018, and released on March 1st, 2019, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, it also saw an arcade release in Japan on July 18, 2019. The game runs on a new engine, introducing visible damage on fighters and new mechanics such as the Fatal Rush and Break Gauge. Sweat effects from Dead or Alive 5 return and are more pronounced. A new version, Dead or Alive 6 Last Round, was announced on February 12th, 2026.
