Alright, let's talk about Shenk the Overseer in Diablo II: Resurrected. He's a Super Unique enemy, and honestly, one of the better ones to farm if you're hunting for those sweet unique items. What makes him special is that he's got a pretty decent Monster Level (mLv) and he's just super easy to get to.

You'll find Shenk chilling out just south of the Frigid Highlands Waypoint. He's hanging around the northern part of the Bloody Foothills. Keep in mind, he always comes with the 'Extra Strong' property, and if you're playing on Hell difficulty, he's completely immune to Cold damage.

On Hell difficulty, they can drop pretty much any item in the game, making this little farming spot almost as good as dedicated boss runs.
