Walkthrough

    Head northwest from Slewse to a building with a gold-rimmed door.

    Use your Gold Key on the door and go downstairs.

    Talk to the man to find Don Calico. He will take the Celestial Skein and Subtle Shuttle.

    Warning: Slewse does not have a Save Point. Save normally, reset the game, and reload your file.

    Zoom to a town with a Save Point, then Zoom back to Slewse.

    Return to Don Calico; your new armor should be ready. You receive a FLOWING DRESS.

    Equip the Flowing Dress on the Princess, Hero, or Prince.

    If you have at least 3300G, sell the Prince's Cloak of Evasion and the Princess's current armor (if equipped with Flowing Dress) for 2700G.

    Buy Magic Armour for the Prince for 6000G. It lowers magic damage taken by 25%.

    If you lack the gold, grind for money outside Slewse. If monsters are too difficult, Zoom to Tantegel and grind in the water or inside the Dragonlord's Castle.

    Head to the Item shop east of the Inn.

    Hug the wall of the Item Shop as you head north, then west until you are northwest of the Inn.

    Use your Jailor's Key on the door to the building here and head downstairs.

    Take 1 step east and use your Floodgate Key from your Item Menu.

    The floodgates will open, granting better access to Slewse from the sea and access to the Tower of the Moon south of Slewse.

    Zoom to Dirkandor.

Tips
  • Without the Silver Key, you cannot trigger the sparkle in the Dragon's Horn North Tower, making the Celestial Skein difficult to locate.
  • The Tower of the Moon south of Slewse is difficult at current levels and equipment; it is recommended to handle other business first.
  • A free Magic Armour for the Hero can be obtained later.
