Follow this guide to find hidden treasures like Seeds of Agility, Strength Rings, and Mini Medals in Wilted Heart and Regrette-Rien Convent in Dragon Quest VII.

Alright, so you've been to the future version of Wilted Heart, right? Well, heading back there in the past is actually pretty rewarding! From Greenthumb Gardens, just head east. You'll trigger a little scene when you enter the town.

First things first, duck into the building on your immediate left. There's a pot inside that'll net you a Seed of Agility. Then, head downstairs and check out those bookshelves – they've got a little tidbit of story for you. Now, make your way to the big house. Inside, you'll find a side room with two chests. Open 'em up for a Silver Tiara and Mini Medal (#41).

Keep going up in that big building – we're heading to the third floor. More chests await, this time with a Seed of Resilience and a Seed of Strength. Oh, and if you need to stock up, the guy with the turban chilling outside this room sells items.

Once you're done there, take the northwest exit and follow the path towards Regrette-Rien Convent. Don't bother with the shack you pass; it's empty. Keep pushing on until you hit a bridge. Instead of crossing it, go *underneath* it. There's a chest at the end of that path with Mini Medal (#42). If you want to check out a related diary, there's a drawer in a little cave nearby. And just north of that cave, you can snag a Strength Ring, but you'll need the Thief’s Key for that one. After all that, head up to the convent.

Once you're at the convent, look to the southwest corner from the default camera view. There's a big grave with some nuns in front of it – go chat with one of them. Inside the convent, head upstairs. You'll find 5 gold coins in a pot and a Silk Robe in a drawer. There's also a nun up here who'll let you rest for free, which is always nice. Back on the ground floor, find the nun in the black clothes. She'll spill the beans: Sister Petula is actually Lavender. Reading the grave will make Maribel put the pieces together too.

Now, it's time to head back to Wilted Heart and find Carraway. You need to tell him the bad news, and he'll join your party so you can bring him to the convent. On the way, Carraway will want to stop at that shack you passed earlier to collect his thoughts. Go inside, talk to everyone there, and then have a word with Carraway again. Once you're ready, head back to the convent entrance. After the scene there, go to the grave and speak with Carraway again for another cutscene. That's all for now in this area, so make your way back to the portal to the Shrine of Mysteries.
