Grondal (Present)

Your Dragon Quest VII walkthrough continues! Learn how to bottle Prism Dew, navigate Grondal in the present, and find the well south of the inn.

Alright, you've wrapped up the past arc for Grondal, and now it's time to see what the present has in store! You're still hanging out in the Shrine of Mysteries, right? Good. Head to the blue door in that room with all the statues. Take the portal that's there – it'll zip you over to Rainbow Cove. Once you land, just head into either of the two eastern passages and check out the water. You're looking for **Prism Dew**. Make sure you grab some, because you'll definitely need it later on.

Now, head back to the Shrine and make your exit. From there, use Zoom to warp to the Temple Palace. You'll want to sail east from there to reach Grondal in the present day. The first thing you'll probably notice is that the cozy inn you might remember from the past? Yeah, it's gone. Don't worry about it too much, just head into Grondal itself. The very first thing you should do once you're in town is check out the well. It's located just south of where the inn used to be.
