- 1Take the portal on the overworld to return to Emberdale in the present.
- 2Return to the castle and speak with King Donald.
- 3Head upstairs and go to bed.
- 4The next morning, Maribel rejoins you at the Shoreside Shrine.
- 5Exit the shrine and Kiefer will reappear.
- 6Go back into the shrine, board your ship, and set sail for the new island to the north.
- 7In the main village on the new island, speak to the boy in the northeast corner to start a sidequest.

- 13In the entrance area of Burnmont, collect the fragment and use the portal to return to the Shrine of Mysteries.
- 14From the main entrance with the crater, go south through the door and down the stairs, then north to the next set of stairs.
- 15Continue north past the southern path to the spiraling room and collect 80 gold coins and a Medicinal Herb from the chests.
- 16Continue following the stairs to the ledge and collect 350 gold coins from the chest.
- 17Drop down to the healing circle and collect 60 gold coins and an Antidotal Herb from the two chests.
- 18Go back to the bottom and drop through the hole in the former boss' room to find a Green Fragment.
- 19Return to the island where the portal to the Shrine of Mysteries was in the past and find a chest containing 420 gold coins.
Tips
- Zoom does not work to return to the castle; you must run back.
- Expect battles while sailing to the new island.
