The enchanting process typically takes place at an Enchanting Altar, often found in major cities or within specialized crafting hubs. To enchant an item, you will need the item itself, a specific type of Aetherial Dust (which varies based on the item's rarity and type), and one or more Aetherial Runes. Runes dictate the specific enchantments that can be applied.
