BOSS: Root Lurker

Stats / Weaknesses:

• HP: 315,790
• Recommended Level: 30

Phases:

1. The Root Lurker has a few dangerous attacks to watch out for.
2. Bo Peep: Deals about 2000 damage and inflicts Passive, preventing counterattacks.
3. Trip to Pain: Deals around 3200 damage and causes the Root Lurker to cover a large distance, potentially reaching distant party members. Be prepared to move a lot.
4. Roar: Targets all characters around the boss, dealing approximately 3000 damage.

Strategy:

• Keep your party healthy! Viola should use Heal Arrow regularly to maintain everyone's HP.
• Once everyone is healed, Viola can switch to Sacred Strike.
• Try to use Harmony Chains with Viola to unleash both her Special Attacks simultaneously.
• Have the twins, Salsa and March, focus on the Root Lurker. Salsa should use Deadly Orbit by hiding in the boss's shadow (found on the outer edges of the arena). March can use Super Nova for significant damage.
• Coordinate Harmony Chains between the twins and other party members to maximize damage output.
• The party will receive a Crimson Brooch and Herebra upon silencing the Root Lurker.

Second Playthrough Note: After the main story sequence in Baroque City, search the large crystal formation at the back of the room to find some Ugly Clothes.
